ISA Private Dining exists for nights where the food matters, but the people matter more.

I’m Cristian, a Michigan based private chef and owner of ISA. My cooking was shaped by family tables, professional kitchens and a belief that great meals are about the care that went into them. Our focus isn’t just on the food, but also the rhythm of the meal, the ease of conversation, and the way the night comes together naturally.

ISA is named in honor of my grandmother, Isolina, whose cooking brought people together without ever trying to impress them. That influence guides how I approach each night. The aim is for thoughtful food, calm execution, and an atmosphere that allows guests to relax, connect, and enjoy being exactly where they are.

This isn’t restaurant dining at home. It’s your plate, elevated.
